Second marriage certificate

I registered my marriage in feb 2023.. But due to some service related issues I want to make the other marriage certificate in 2024... What will be the procedure for that?

A.Without cancellation of earlier certificate for a valid reason, another certificate for same purpose is not allowed under HM Act or Spl Marriage Act.

You cannot register the marriage two time which may create problems. Better get first marriage formally divorced by mutual consent then get it register again in 2024.
