A.Hi,

Immediately file a complaint to the Local Police station on the pretext of a false promise of marriage. The law is well settled that consent obtained on a false promise to marry is not a valid consent.

No matters, the alleged person is from which profession.

If police denied for the same, will file the case at Greater Noida Court Complex, Surajpur under the provision of CrPC.
