I own a residential plot in my home town which my father purchased back in 1991. My father purchased it from a person for whom all the land owners gave a power of attorney .. now in 2016 , the succesors of the owners got a document cretaed by hirerachy and sold entire land to a different peron. that person is selling the flats now . the person who newly bought the land started constructing a shed without any permission . I need to file a case to stop the construction and also to get my land back and cancel his registration.

A.Hi,
You need to file a complaint in the police as that land is registered in your name and only you have the right of that land. While filing the complaint take the legal papers of the land as evidence.

A.You have to file a case before the competent court challenging the authenticity of the second registered document, which is a voidable document and prayer for an injunction restraining the present occupier of the land may be filed.
