I borrowed some money from my friend who is in Canada but I couldn't repay it in time now he's saying that he will file a case against me . please advice....

A. 1. Issue legal notice to him through embassy for why you are unable to pay the debt. You may also ask for more time to repay the debt.

2. Share the legal notice to him via email / whatsapp.

3. If you need any help then contact me.
