Sir after marriage of my parents they are staying in my mothers home(bride home or matrilocal residence from 30 yrs) and my father didnt signed on any no objection documents. my father (Grand grandparents) property is consuming his brother's wife and sister(registered some part with out my signs) and unfortunately my father's brother dead 5 yrs back and on the same days with forcefully blackmailing by others we have signed on some notary document in absence of my father (include my Brother and sister) may i know we have rights on my grand parents property which is registered on my fathers sister and brother as per law.
Kindly suggest me if we have rights how can we handover my belonging properties.
