Since the mother of these children passed away in child birth, can the father put them up for adoption to right parents, who can provide them same level of care as her would have provided with her now deceased wife.

A.Hi,
Firstly, the father of the two children has to inform that a competent person can take the adoption of the children. He has to apply before the competent authority of the social welfare department after that social welfare department officially takes custody of the children and the District Judge is the competent authority to select the person/s, who can adopt the children according to law.
