DV and 125
My wife had filed D.V. and 125 crpc for maintenance. I have not received her notice but have received an SMS from ecourt. How can I obtain the notice papers? And do I have to present in the court even if no notice is received?
How can I access her case papers online? Should I fight this case or I should convince my wife to drop the case and start living together. I have a daughter and my wife is using her women's power.
I want to know what a smart person will do in this situation. Till now whatever I have tried, went against me. Now I want to know if going forward legally will benefit me or convincing her anyhow wi benefit me. I don't want to spend my money on her maintenance, my travel to court, my 1 day office leave and lawyer fees for hearing and drafting papers. Please suggest to me what should I do.

in those conditions only thing you can do is to go to temple which you believe.
if that does not solve problem then get to her feet and dont leave her feet until she withdraw case and start living with you.

You have to go to court where the 125 case has been filled by your wife and you can reply in the court that you have no intention to neglect your wife and your daughter. You wish to maintain a peaceful life along with your wife and daughter so the court can consider your prayer and direct your wife to settle the matter amicably.

As you mentioned, you just received an SMS from the court in regard to cases filed by your wife against you.
Soon you will get a copy of the petition and documents filed by your wife via Post and if you didn't get the copy then you should appear in the court and request to the court for a legitimate copy of the same.
In order to protect or save your marriage life, you can choose mediation and convince your wife to settle the disputes. Meditation is always a good choice to settle the dispute, especially in matrimonial cases. You can also request the concerned court to send the matter to the Mediation Centre or mediate the matter through family members.
But if mediation fails in regard to saving your marriage life, then you can try for Separation by way of Mutual consent in the same mediation.
Further, if all the efforts are fail in order to settle the disputes between you and your wife, then you have to defend yourself at the concerned court.
Appointing a lawyer always be a wise decision as maybe you are not aware of the technicalities of the case or legal issue involved in your case and at the same time you are also saving your precious time and money.
Thanks with best regards
