Widow Harassment Money Extortion, Deprivation of Right to Life , Discrimination

I am a single 52 year old widow, with a weak daughter who is a TB survivor, and still studying. I live in my own apartment, and all my neighbours are Marwaris. Ever since 2021, they have taken advantage of my husbands death, who was a legal professional; and have constantly been extorting huge amounts of money out of me, forcing me to pay, else they have removed my basic existence rights such as water, electricity, guard, lift. They have removed any official association bills (which used to be provided until 2020), and have since 2021, started extorting huge amounts of money only from me. Rahul Bhansali, the
Self-claimed secretary of the building, comes along with arms and his co-thieves, his caste-member Marwari women, such as Sarita Agarwal, Mrs.Sunny Agarwal, Shivani Agarwal, Raju Bhansali, Ankita Agarwal, Mrs.Jain, and his own sister, often in indecent manners, and since 2021, they have unlawfully, without informing me, raised the monthly flat maintainable from INR 1250 per month to INR 2000 per month. This has put me in great difficulty, and when I said so, they hit me on the neck, and severely threatened to murder me, by a driver employed by Rahul Bhansali, by the name of Mr.Laskar, who drives his car WB02AR5979 , a Renault.


Since 2021, they have stopped providing me any official association bill , and just show up to my doorstep in a gang consisting of Rahul Bhansali, Sunny Agarwal, Rajiv Agarwal, Raju Bhansali, Sarita Agarwal, Shivani Agarwal, Mr.Laskar (who is a terrorist in hiding).

In April 2022, again , Sarita Agarwal, on the instructions by Rahul Bhansali, came banging my doorstep demanding a 70,000 rupees immediate hard cash, citing concerns of Building renovation. I had not been consulted, despite owning a 1400sq feet flat in the very building. Nevertheless, I was forced by rahul bhansali (with a threat of muder of my only daughter, who is a tuberculosis survivor), to sell off whatever jewellery I had left, in order to pay their lumsome {which I was otherwise hawking off to make ends meet}.
Even now, after taking the full 70,000 INR plus monthly INR2000 forcefully from me, they refuse to even write a receipt. Now, Rahul Bhansali, aided by his servants Samir and Ashish Poddar, has again come to my doorstep demanding an extra INR 10,000 . I simply asked for a bill or any receipt this time I pay, or for him to provide me a QR code, or a BHIM UPI, as this is an election year, and I want to keep my transactions cashless, abiding by governmenal policies.

However, Rahul Bhansali, who is involved in black money dealings, does not possess any QR code, BHIM UPI, neither a bank account, which is why he even refused cheque payments, and outwardly demanded hard cash. Furthermore, Rahul Bhansali and Sunny Agarwal together, called me kutti, physically struck me on the neck and knee, and left , stating he would have his driver of his car, WB02AR597, strike and kidnap my only daughter.
