I am my brother are Locked in a Property dispute battle worth 300 Crores, My brother tried to Murder me in my own office, but due to money power I was booked for assault, Now I have all the video and photo evidence but all my lawyers are being booked and false Discharges are being submitted by my advocates. I wrote to the Prme Minister and other Dignatories giving all the evidence, since than the police has cleverly shifted my case to court hall No. 39 so that If at all I presented the reality that fellow will be caught as there is a counter case against him in this incident which was registered due the fact that the Poliuce Commissioner T. Suneel Kumar's intervention, Since the discharge application was made under sec 239 can I put in a another discharge since the court is changed under sec 227 as I plan to defend myself, or should i go to sessions court with a sec 227 application as I have solid evidence, Can someone Please Help me.
