Reg: Education loan to study in abroad Reg: Education loan to study in abroad

I am education consultants helping students to get admission in abroad universities across the globe. recently two of my students got admission in the university which ranks in worlds top 250 universities. They tried for bank loan, they don't have collateral and co-applicants (as their parents were on daily wage and illiterate). They got some scholarship as well. the total fee comes around 16 lakhs after scholarship and living expenses comes around 10 lacs. Bankers are refusing to provide loan. What is the possibility to help them achieving the dream of studying abroad?
