As my grand father died on 2003 .my small father's wife illegally transfered all passbook of my grand father's to her name in 2010 without consulting my father..when we came to know later she requested us not to complain. Now the land demand is high taking by APMDC, so she is reversing us we dont have any rights on our land...when we consult with land acquisition officer he told us it is clear on her name and money will be transferred to her account..when we tell above story no use..So can you please help us what we need to to..As my parents are in abroad right now..?
A.You will need to file a petition with High Court to claim as the legal heir.

A.File a civil suit for declaration of you father's share and further relief of share in amount of compensation.

A.Ur question is not clear to me as I understand from ur question but as per the land acquisition is concerned if ur father name is reflected in revenue records then ur equally entitled for compensation as per ur share and if ur name is not reflected and revenue entry is wrongly incorporated then u can challenge the same and also raised the objection before land acquisition collector and stay the release of amont till the disposal of the question of title.
