I had delivered to twins in april,2020. After delivery, I came to my parents house for recovery. My husband and in laws didnt allow me to go. So he and his parents are saying that they wont take the responsibility of the kids. Even though I wanted to go, my husband has changed the lock of the rented house where we were living. I tried to speak to him and his parents but whenever I went they didnt meet me. And my husband is telling everyone that I had filed a kidnap case against my husband and mil , but there is no such case. He and his parents didnt visit the kids till date. What is the remedy I can get?

A.what you want.
if you want divorce then you can file on the basis of false rumors which is cruelty.
you can also file domestic violence and even maintenance cases for yourself and kids.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Dear client, first tell to your mother and father and close family connectivity and make a sit and talk and if they not doing so then give a civil police compliant try to make a nuclear family with your husband and things go green. If your husband is treating harassing making mental abuse or physical abuses file a Domestic vilonce case with all necessary evidence and approach court of law in final stage. Regards NITHYANANDAN.S
