False Case of DV

My wife had filed a false case of DV against me and my parents including sexual harrsment against my father and the JFCM court has ordered to pay 7k as Interim maintenance. Can I get this quashed in High court before appearing in the JFCM court?

A.if quashing is so easy then everybody will line up at HC for quashing their cases.
also allegations are also very serious.
what will be fees for HC against 7k Interim maintenance.

You have to immediately approach High Court and get quash such unnecessary allegation against your father and after quashing of such FIR your father may claim huge compensation from her.
