Harassment by collection agents Harassment by collection agents

Sir I have taken personal loans from HDFC and Yes bank. Due to this COVID situation my salary has reduced by 50% since march. I have opted for moratorium and now since the end of moratorium I am requesting bank to restructure my loan. Despite sending several mails they didn't replied even though RBI has issued notice for that. Now my two emi's are bounced and they are insisting on paying one emi then only they will restructure the loan. Collection agents are calling me and harassing me since September. I am not in a position to pay even one emi right now. I am only requesting them to restructure the amount and reduce my emi amount so that I can pay it. But they are regularly threatening me. please advice what to do
