My property's mutation is pending in Tehsil and my known relative came into knowledge and he said that he will get my work done from tehsil as he said that his close relative is a peshgar and it will take 20000 thousand and I paid part payment i.e.Rs1000 and Rs.5000 after seven months through Google pay after one year he now says that 50000 thousands I have to give to get my pending work done but I denied and I asked for 15000 back by saying that if you can't get my work done then return my 15000 I messaged on his WhatsApp and called him several times but he didn't reply and blocked my number

A.Dear client, one cannot file a complaint for illegal actions. Here bribing is an illegal thing and you cannot legally claim a remedy for the said money. But if you can change the subject matter to other thing like you giving loan to him etc then it can be legally enforceable to recover your amount.

Giving and taking bribe is an offence. You cannot openly say that you have given such amount as bribe. Solve the problem wisely.

Unfortunately, there are no legal remedies for illegal issues. A contract for an illegal purpose is void from the beginning and in case such an illegal act is revealed from any source, both of you may be booked for a criminal offense under the Indian Penal Code and face the legal consequences including punishment/imprisonment.
