Sir, I was appointed as director in one of the private school in Alwar Rajasthan affiliated to Rajasthan board in Feb 2020 but they did not give appointment letter. On 22nd October 2020 chairman said that you are terminated from job and need not to come to school from 23rd October 2020. They did not give in written by saying as we have not given you appointment letter so we are not bound to give you in written about your termination. From May 2020 they deducted several proportion of amount from salary by saying due to no payment of fee by the parents. Plz help me what to do how to safeguard my job and to get pending amount of 1,30,000 from school.

A.Pls try understand to buil up the case as you do not have appointment letter fine.
