Company absconded me because i did not served notice period of 30 days although i had send resignation email to acting Manager, AM that i have some personal issues within family. Company now asking me to pay training expenses 25000 and 1 month gross salary. Company not adjusting my leaves. I am not in position to give such huge amount. Company also not tell details on 25000 training expenses. I worked 18 months in sales process. Please advise.

A.1. Need to go through your Appointment letter.
2. Training expenses need to be proved apart from imparting too by the employer.
3. Better to serve notice period or have a smooth handover to your boss.
