Vigilance has recommended cancellation of registrations done by the Liquidator of a society. The liquidator retired and expired . The details is plots allotted in 1970 were not registered but with continuous persistence the liquidator was appointed and in 2013 and completed registrations. But on a compalint of an outsider though no claim on plots, vigilance recommended cancellation of all 23 documents . Would like to know what recourse we have to follow
