My husband expired due to cardiac arrest. One year has passed but death claim is not settled by HDFC Life. What action shall I take? I have submitted my complaint to HDFC Life Grievance Redressal Cell but no response.

A.Dear client,
You firstly issue a legal notice to concerned office for your claim.
If no rply or even reply on due notice you may proceed for consumer case .

A.Hello,
You should send a legal notice to HDFC and still if no response or satisfactory response is given you should file a case.
