About my previous company

Hi, I have worked exactly 1 year in my previous company, they are big cheaters they hold 2 months salaries of the employees purposefully. If we ask they tell there is no client payments.

Somehow I worked here for 1 year, after that I putted resignation in August 2018, it was not accepted by the boss stating that I need to work for one more year, but I didn't agree for it. They tried to force me but i didn't agree by saying I need to do one course so I can't stay here, later they delayed the acceptance of my resignation by one month. Later they said to serve notice period of 2 Months, which is September and October and they clear all my dues which is may pending salary, June salary, July salary, August salary, in fnf. I didn't agree for this because in their company manual they have mentioned only salary of the notice period will be given in fnf, so I told them to clear all my remaining months salary dues, but they told company doesn't have money we can't give , I some how worked till October 15th 2018. Later I got some health issues so they told me to leave the company and we will call you to give training in November 1st week. And payment we will do fnf, without taking anything I left the company.

Once I left the company in I was repeatedly calling them on my payment but they were not responding properly. Later one day both owner and hr called me and said we will clear your money but you need to agree to work for us. I told first clear my money then I will think about it...

Later one day they called me to sign fnf document and also gave me the releaving cut experience letter

Since I didn't agree for their compromise they didn't gave me single rupees, I was calling repeatedly for my money for both owner and hr they didn't respond properly. .


One day I called owner and asked about money he started shouting at me, and said i Dont no who you are, since you didn't agree for compromise we didn't gave the money, now we can't give your money. And also he threatened me saying that he will not respond to bgv and told me not to call him and ask hr about the money.

So I called hr she told company is in loss we don't have money wait for some time we will give. But till today 2 years over they haven't cleared my money. Also they have closed the company and they are running in their home.

After the fight with the owner and hr i haven't contacted them almost 2 years over, is there any possible ways that I can get my money or else I can't get my money.. please guide me on this...
