Appeal limitation time Appeal limitation time

Hi,
I am representing my sister's case.
She fought for maintenance case in Vizag principal district court for 3 years and got the court order in February 2020 saying the case is partially allowed, maintenance allotted for her daughter.
Since then she wanted to go for appeal.
She consulted the lawyers who asked her to get a certified court copy.
Then due to Covid-19 the courts weren't functional from March and since she lost her maintenance, her lawyer stopped attending her calls.
She kept following up with him and other sources and from April 2020 till October 2020 her efforts have been countless.
Finally she got the court certified copy in November.
How can she appeal at High-count?
Will she face any problems with limitation rules on appeal as she crossed 8 months since the order is given in district court?
She is also looking for a representative lawyer to take up this case at High-count.

A.All High Courts in country already passed orders that corona time is counted as court closure time and excluded so there is no delay.
Certified copied delay also to be mentioned in prayer.

Hope this clarifies,

A.Hello Sir,
At first you need to appoint a lawyer, also, Covid-19 could be shown as a reasonable ground for delay in the plaint for appeal.

A.Hi Sir,
Covid-19 could be shown as a ground for delay in the appeal. Moreover you also need a lawyer to represent your case.
