I am a male and my supervisor is also a male employee. He tried to sexually harass me last year after we both got drunk at an office party last year. The incident happened after the party was over and we both were alone in the aisle at that time. I restricted his advancements and left the place and didn't speak about it fearing retaliation. Post that he invited me out many times, which I denied. After a quarter he started retaliating, gave me poor rating and projected me as non performer. He constantly kept me harassing. I had requested for a team change and spoke to his supervisors and HRs citing other reasons but it was denied. I didn't not state sexual harassment as the reason as I don't have any proof to justify it. I sense constant bias. what do I do? what are my options here?

A.Hi,
You can file a court case against him for harassment and mental torture or you can state a reason of mental torture to your HR and request to change your team

A.Hello,
You can state to HR about non-healthy working environment and request change in team on basis of mental torture or a case could be instituted against your supervisor for harassment and mental torture
