Marital Dispute Marital Dispute

I live in Madhya Pradesh. I am married for 10 years and have a 9 yrs old son. My wife and I were having the disputes. Four months back my wife left the home without my knowledge and went to her parents house. After that she and her father has made the various false allegations against me like dowry, domestic violence, adultery, etc. through notarized affidavit. Now she wants to come back but I am asking her and her parents to tender unconditional apology in writing and mediation agreement to be signed which will have the conditions.
Is this the right way. What should be the value of non judicial stamp on which apology and mediation agreement will be signed

A.Dear client
There is no use of apology agreement. Later She may complaint on you by threatening of my husband I wrote this agreement. Family life is depends upon understandings of both of the couples. More over you people not only wife and husband you are parents. You can think about of your son also. Put trust on your wife.
