My mother claiming for the jewels she gifted during our marriage (1998) with current gold rate (2020)
Legal Notice received through email in my name. I would like to know whether receiving Legal Notice through email is legal or not? What should i do now? Shall i ignore it or do i need to send reply?

A.Legal notice through email/whatsapp is valid.
You should reply to the notice.
If you did not give any reply you agree the notice.
The jewellery have to be returned or have to be paid at current rates but there are ways to handle it.

Legal notice sent through email is valid. It is necessary to give reply to that notice. If you did not give any reply you are agreeing the contention of your mother in the notice.
