I and my boyfriend want to get marry each other. It's an intercaste marriage. After 2 years of our struggle our families got convinced. But soon after roka ceremony boys family refuses to marry. But we still want to marry and he left is home. Now his family is threating my family for physical harm on telephone. Advice us how to ensure security for my family and both of us before and after marriage. How we can marry under such conditions

A.In intercaste marriage under special marriage Act, when both have agreed is valid ,it is important both the parties are mutually consent.
