I have invested in a company in Dwarka who is engaged in selling govt approved plots in Rajasthan. All payments were done via cheque and I have receipts as well. I have even paid registry amount and also have receipt for the same. It's been one year but that company is delaying the registry without any reason. Please guide what to do.
