We have dispute about my grandfather (late)property between me & brothers (My father brother childrens). Which documents required to file sute in the court and what percent Court fee to be paid on property valuation.Dispute plot size107 yards.My grand father expired 19years ago.

A.Hi,
Legal documents required are details of ownership, Property documents, Terms of distribution decided earlier, details of all the members involved in the dispute.

A.Hi,
The agreement must mention names of all the family members whose decision matters in this regard, details of ownership of the property and the specific terms of this distribution of the said property.
It is recommended that you include all the details of the property with house number, area and even a site map if possible.
