EMI ISSUE FROM BAJAJ EVEN AFTER PAYING THE FINAL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT

I HAVE TAKEN BIKE LOAN FROM BAJAJ FINANCE AND I HAVE GOT A WORD FROM BIKE SHOWROOM IF I PAY ALL EMIs ON TIME AT LAST HE WILL BE REDUCING ONE EMI AT LAST. SO AS HE SAID WE PAID ALL BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED HE DIDNT REDUCE THE LAST ONE . AND EVEN MY DAD SAID WE WILL NOT PAY THE LAST ONE AS OF SHOWROOM OWNERS INTIAL WORDS. SO WE DENIED OF PAYING LAST EMI. THIS HAPPENED IN 2015. And In the mean time from 2015 to 2020 we received continuous calls from Bahan. And we explained the same to them. They didnt accept that and threatened us like we will lodge a complaint on you get ready. And now I mean in 2020 march what happened I received a SMS from Baja team i.e., Your current dues in Loan:L2WTPT03322649 Rs4677(EMI Rs1953 + Penalty Rs2724),Final settlement - pay ONLY Rs2191 & get NOC.Click https://bit.ly/2uSHH8H to pay. As they said a final settlement we thought of why extending this nuisance and unnecessary interest amount I paid. And Even I got the payment receipt . But didn't receive NOC. And now on 8nov-2020 a customer care agent again called and saying that I have due amount to pay. Now I don't understand what to do? Pls tel me what to do?
