Bond Transfer from PSU to Central Govt Bond Transfer from PSU to Central Govt

Sir/Madam,
I have been working in a reputed Central Govt PSU, since November 2019. When I joined I executed a bond to work for 3 years worth of 4 Lacs.
Presently I am selected for the post of JE in DGQA, Defense Ministry.
Now the situation is like this that my present PSU is willing to transfer the bond to Defense Ministry but DGQA is not willing to accept transferring of bond, citing reason that DGQA have no bond policy.
Recently My colleagues transferred bond to CAG and CPWD (there were also no bond policy).
Please give some guidelines, Circulars and any other information which can make understandable HR dept of DGQA that provision is there to transfer the bond from PSU to Central Govt.
Please help me in this regard. Please reply ASAP.
Thanking you.

A.Hello,
Every government department has its own policies and guidelines, this particular situation depends upon the terms of contract between you and your previous PSU.

A.Hi,
Since the bond was issued by your previous PSU, the concern should be between these parties only, as Every government department has its own policies and guidelines.
