Is there any way that i can get my advance rental deposit from my land lord? Its been 4 months since i vacated but everytime whren i am reaching out to my land lord he is just answering once a new tenenat will come i will transfer your money? But the day is not coming?

A.Hi,
If you move out after your lease ends, the landlord must return the rental security deposit 30 days after you move out. However, if he does not return the security deposit, a legal notice can issued regarding the same.
