Dear sir, i joined in private bank and worked for 3months 15days, due to no proper training given by them and the existing employee has resigned so he is not interested to tell the work process, same i informed to the reporting manager and cluster manager but they took lite and advised to contact other branch and do the transaction, i feel bank related transaction are sensitive, so i told that i can't work with lack of training then cluster operations manager told me there is a opening in Vijayawada branch on other role come and work here for 2days if your work satisfies state head the we will deploy there, i went there and worked there on third day state operations manager called me and asked are you interested to work here i said yes and he told me that he is ok with my work and he said he will speak with cluster manager to transfer, here the cluster manager played a game he said yes to state operations manager and conveyed the same to me work for 1 week at the previous branch i will transfer, after 1week he prolonged to another 15days and prolonging ,i asked the same thing he replied if you want to do the job work at there else resign and go, same i informed to HR at there and concall with state operations manger he is interested to deploy me at Vijayawada branch but cluster manager intentionally said on call he doesn't want to change the branch, then i said i cant work, from that i am not going to work after 10days i got a absconding mail from HR dept, i replied that i informed to HR manger and reporting manager regarding my issue, then HR in vijayawada called me and he is not listining my words insted he pointing out me, the next day i again got a mail that they given 10days of time to rejoin with proper explanation or else we will treat as wishfull amendment, i not replied to that mail,

After 2 months i again got a mail from HR dept. NOTICE PAY RECOVERY for 3 months you have to pay total amount of 93000/-,

Please advice what i have to do, i cant bear that amount to return present i am unemploye,

other doubts
1.notice pay recovery calculation is based on basic or ctc,
2. if they proceed to legal action head office is in mumbai they file a case in mumbai court or vijayawada court,
3.if they proceed to legal action case filed on civil court or labour court

A.Dear Sir,
You have to give a strong reply legal notice and it is very difficult for the employer to recover such amount.

A.Hi,
As per your input it seems there has been miscommunication between the bank and its branches. The amount in noticed is based on the salary which you would have received by the employer. The matter will go under the industrial dispute act and the court will be based where your office resides. You can send a legal notice defending your part and clarifying all the facts from your end.

A.Hi,
As per your input it seems there has been miscommunication between the bank and its branches. The amount in noticed is based on the salary which you would have received by the employer. The matter will go under the industrial dispute act and the court will be based where your office resides. You can send a legal notice defending your part and clarifying all the facts from your end.

Moreover you should have to show them you are not payble any money to them

A.you ran from job and remain unemployed.
then thought notices are raddi.
in short you have to pay the loss of bank as per signed offer letter/policies.
