How can i get to know about if my father had make a will before his death

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Sub-Registrar office and can check there but certified copy of it cannot be given and even sometimes its registration may not be disclosed as “Will” is a secret document and about its existence cannot be disclosed to anybody.

A.Hello. If your father had a will that named you to inherit something, his executor should have contacted you when the will was probated -- generally a month or two after death. Wills are public documents. Contact the probate court where your father lived and see whether there is a will on file.

A.WILL-Vasiyat is kept with custodian.
Custodian of "WILL" will inform the concerned people about it after death of person executed "WILL"
