My husband dont give money for me and my daughter. I dont want to leave his house or get seperate from him. What should i do?

You have such rights if you file domestic violence and take protection order from the Court so that your husband cannot evict you and your daughter on the other hand he will be asked to reside somewhere else.

A.Hello. as a homemaker, you should not have to ask your husband for money; he is bound by law to provide it to you. File u/s 125 CrPC for relief.
