RBL Bank harassment

Due to pandamic situation I’m unable to pay credit card bill due to that RBL agents calling to so many people in my villiage and relatives and not sure how they were getting contact details of those.

A.you have RBL app installed in your mobile then it is from there they can get contacts information.

You may send a complaint letter to the higher authorities of the bank. However, if no action is taken, then you may file a case for mental harassment against the bank.

Initially, You can talk to the bank authorities.
However, if no action is taken regarding the same, then you can file of harassment against the bank.
