My uncle not give my parents part in my grandfather grandmother property. He says that he will never let part happen. And They torture my parents that we leave the house. And takeing possession of my part. Please help me

A.dont leave possession and call police for any torture/abuse.

A.Hi,
If the property is ancestral property, then you have right in that property and can claim your share in that property.
