Property deal advice

Hi, I am a real estate agent based in delhi, just wanted to check on one problem that incase buyer and seller try to close the deal at there own and skiping the agent in between who closed the deal from both the ends . In that case can i go legal for my money or anything else can be done as buyer is acting smart and trying to save the money.

A.it seems you are not full time agent.
Offer partnership to other agent in your area and partner will take smart care of it.

A.Hello,
Yes, you may intervene in between since you were also involved in the contract. Also, you may send them a legal notice if they fail to do so. Moreover it depends upon the contract.
