BAJAJ FINSERVE ACTIVATED LOAN MORATORIUM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION BAJAJ FINSERVE ACTIVATED LOAN MORATORIUM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a personal loan with BFL ,they have activated loan moratorium without my concern and now they have charged extra 32000 for Moratorium period loan amount.
I have clearly mailed to them to i don't need moratorium and debit my EMI as usual from my bank account. for this they have replied we have activated moratorium i have to pay excess charges for 3 months EMI.
i have clear evidence of mail conversation with Bajaj executives.
In this case is their any possibility to go with legal action against BFL.

Pls advise ...

Thankyou
santhosh

A.Hello,
As per your facts, since you have not activated the moratorium and you have the mails in concern to that, yes you may proceed with the legal proceedings.

A.extra charges of 32000 are quite high.
Is it after govt paid the difference of moratorium ?

Obviously if you asked them then its deficiency in service and can recover the extra charge.

Hope this clarifies,
