forced resignation or else get terminated forced resignation or else get terminated

what if a company forces an employee to put immediate resignation or else he will get terminated as he was working on weekends without informing the manager and missed few SLAs which lead to client escalation. However it wasnt proved that there was any client escalation received. Can the employee ask for compensation if he choses to resign immediately? can he take any legal action against the company?

A.Hello,
Usually employer-employee relationship depends upon the employment contract, but, no employee can be forced for resignation or he cannot be terminated for the grounds which are not proved. You may send legal notice, moreover, you may approach the labour court for the same.

A.Hi,
Generally the employment terms depend upon the employment contract, but according to your facts, since there is no such evidence of escalation therefore you may take legal actions because no employer can force you or terminate you. A legal notice could be sent and further you can approach the labour court.

A.a employee can not be terminated on false or unproven grounds and can be easily challenged .
obviously a employee can take legal action and can ask for compensation which they never take.
SLA means you are in IT so you will not do anything for experience certificate.
