POA cancellation New Rule
I have signed the unregistered JV agreement with a landlord for 75:25 Ratio. I paid 1.5 Cr as an advance and I have proof for that. I must give 4 flats out of 16 flats. I have completed 75% of the building construction. All of sudden landlord send one notice and on the same day he cancelled my POA.
The reason he is telling that I have violated the planning. But I did 10% Deviation not violated. That is permissible.
I made a complaint to the police in the criminal breach of trust.
I want to know the new rule in the POA.
Can Landlord cancel the power without the powerholder? Someone telling that without power holder he cannot cancel the power. If so what the IPC. Can someone give the IPC class?
The donor of the power of attorney will have to get a registered cancellation deed (registered from the office of the respective sub-registrar). After that, the principal has to give the holder of the power of attorney the registered cancellation deed, informing him or her of the cancellation.

If your power of attorney was registered , then you need a registered deed of cancellation. A power of attorney can be made irrevocable if it is given with due consideration and if it specifically mentions that it is irrevocable. Such a power of attorney would operate beyond the life of the granter.
A letter of authority or power of attorney holder should be careful not to act beyond the authority granted under the document. The SC has said that the holder can act beyond his authority only in cases of emergency, and if the act done is beneficial to the donor.
