Good morning sir, i have recently recruited as Range forest officer and presently under probationary period(undergoing practical training). Sir, my superior officer, under who iam undergoing training is frequently abusing me with his vulgar words like uselessfellow, Arey waste fellow, ..etc even though iam not at all responsible for any work and iam in a learnig phase(probation) , in front of every body for silly reasons. i have audio recording of such vulgar words.i have audio record. i feel ashmed and harrased every time, he scold me. Iam under severe mental pressures and under going depressionary phase as the days pass on. Sir, i want to file a case against him in court of law and also with human rights commission. Kindly help me in legal matters. I pray(beg) you to please help me/advice me sir

A.sir In which state forest department you are working , there are rules for different states

A.Hi,
A complaint letter can be sent to the higher authorities of your department initially.
However, if no action is taken, then you may issue a legal notice against your superior officer.

A.Hi,
Initially, you may file an official complaint with the higher authorities of your department.
However, if no action is taken, then a legal notice can be issued regarding the same.

A.first you should make complaint in your department as per policy.
you can even lodge FIR also or approach court or human rights commission.
