A.Hello,
More facts are required, however if the property is self-acquired property it depends upon the father's will, but, if the property is ancestral property, it would be divided equally among all the co-parceners.

A.Hi,
If the property of your father is self-acquired property, than it only depends upon your father's will, but, if the property is ancestral property, it would be divided equally among all the co-parceners.

A.which kind of compensation.
if job then only 1 person can get it. it starts from first son.
if petrol pump then all sins will have share.
if money then it has to be distributed to all sins.
