Company is not issuing experiance certificates in the correct format

i worked for a IT company from 11 may 2020 to 30 september 2020, (same day they shut down the company with out any notice) ,two weeks before i requested for original of experience and offer letter but they sent me copy its just A4 sheet paper and my name is different in first and last line (how can someone this lazy),i requested for corrected one, but they are not responding what can i do?
