Husband sent a note to me that if he gets mentally disturbed or in the event of his untimely death, his mother in law is responsible. He says that she has always interfered in our lives by not been able to teach me right things.can this letter be treated as a suicide note putting my mother into trouble? If yes, what should I be doing to save my mother as after lot of deliberations also husband is not ready to listen to anything.

Talk to your husband and sought out the differences between you both. If he does not understands and is affirmed with his decisions, this might land your mother into trouble.

A.how long is marriage ?
you want separation or living together or separate ?

this letter can be taken as abetment of suicide if he dies.
your mother have to file complaint in police station so he can be taken care of and also distance herself from him.
