Published delaying my book publication
On Feb 2017, I signed an agreement with I. K. Publication ltd for publishing my book in engineering subject. I had send complete book soft copy in word file as requested by them in June 2017. I had send all details and data they ask immediately whenever they ask. After few months, no reply from them either when contacted through mobile or through mail. After 2 years, July 2019 they send soft copy ofbook for proof correction. Due to my personal reasons I could not able to send immediately, and replied that I will complete it in Dec 2019 and I did it. They replied that my book is scheduled for March April 2020 in Dec 2019. Again no answer from them.
What legal action can I take against them for spoiling my career and not to publish my book?
You may get issue a strong legal notice and also threaten him to file a case for claiming compensation.

You can send them a legal notice for non-compliance of the contract.
Since there is a breach of contract, as they are not publishing your book, you may send them a legal notice for the same.

you can send legal notice for delay as per contract from lawyer.
this will solve the problem in most of these cases.
by their reply and contract terms, next action can be taken.
Hope this clarifies,
