Taking divorce

My sister go for second marriage without taking the divorece from the first huanand. She go for marriage without our permission.
She ran away and then go for marrage.
I am government servant. My question is if her first husband did case on her so police will take action on me or not.

A.your sister is an adult lady she married to person of her choice with her own wish police cannot take any action against you but her second marriage will not be a valid marriage untill and unless she takes divorce from her first husband

A.No action on you if she ran away and did second marriage.
if you helped in running away or marriage then only you will be in abetment of 494 Bigamy and 34.
There are exceptions also for bigamy.
