In IPC 420, 408 I want take bail? FIR reg on me . all most 95% Misuse amount cleared still they sue on me, not ready to take back case and they are saying that we are not ready for compromise outside court. i came out with station bail, now i have to take bail???? if i want to take bail how much it cost?
when they call for court hearing? police can arrest me? and most thing is any punishment after clearing money ???
any chance to close early??

A.Hi,
The main consideration judge takes while granting anticipatory bail in 420 is the existence of Prima-Facie case. That means if on the face of it there seems to be fraud or cheating without going to analysis of evidence if there is fraud then court can decline bail to accused.

A.bail amount depends first on city and then on lawyer. you will not get answer here thatswhy you posted gmail so lawyers will send you direct email.
how police will arrest if you already have bail but can arrest if you dont appear in case.
you can apply for lok adalath which is in Dec.
also court will compound the matter since you paid 95%
but it depends if it was govt job.
