On November 11th, I was cheated by one person by order mobile phone through carding in Telegram by paying Rs. 5000 through gpay..... He cheated me.... I want my money back from him.... How can i get... Explain me clearly

A.if he not delivered mobile then you can file police complaint for cheating if police takes it.
other than that you can not much because you dont have address to send legal notice or file case.
