A.Dear Client,
1stly, if there is FIR u/s 420, 408 then you will have to get bail from court. If not, you may be arrested due to cognizable offence.
You may consult online for further legal advise.
Thanks

A.Hello,
More facts are required to help you in better ways, moreover, station bail is mostly about obtaining the bail at the police station on furnishing a bail bond of reasonable amount when a person is arrested for a bailable offence. But, punishment in each case is different.

A.Hi,
Yes you would need to apply separately for the bail in court, since Station Bail means that you can be released on from the police station after you have been charged. This means you will be able to go home until your court hearing. However more facts are required to help you, as, punishment differs in each case, also, each case has different circumstances.
