Second cousin marriage

Sir the girl is my maternal grandmother's brother's son's daughter (nani k bhai k bete ki beti). She is my maternal second cousin. The common ancestor is fourth generation from her father's side and fourth generation from my mother's side (so it is away from the 3 generations on my mothers side) can we marry?
