How to open closed complaint

How can I open closed complaint it was closed by me because police misguided me, complaint was against my husband who is also Punjab police intelligence employee.

A.you can file new complaint stating first complaint was closed by misguiding etc.
also if case is still not closed by court, then you can submit application to withdraw your earlier letter.
